Christian “Chrissy” Tracey is a queer, first-generation Jamaican American, initially from Cheshire, Connecticut. As a lifelong vegetarian, she transitioned to a vegan weight-reduction plan in 2018. She is keen about sustainability and local weather change issues, and believes that bringing plant-based meals to the plenty will assist lower our environmental footprint at giant.
At 27 years previous, she is a vegan chef for Bon Appétit Journal and runs a catering firm referred to as Vegan Vibes Meal Prep in Connecticut. As a enterprise proprietor, she contributes her extra assets to offering low-income households with plant-based meals in New Haven County. Tracey is a Connecticut “30 Below 30” recipient.
